OUR MISSION

AMBIT Youth empowers young people aged 11–18 to thrive. By fostering safe connections, nurturing creativity, and developing strong thinking skills, we equip young people to pursue their passions and shape their futures.

By meeting young people where they are, we create dynamic spaces that challenge perceptions and celebrate potential. Our young people grow into confident individuals, driven by passion and prepared to build a brighter future—for themselves and the world around them.

Our work begins early. Through AMBIT Youngerz, our holiday club for children aged 5+, we support young people from their earliest years and continue alongside them through to age 18 via our full-circle mentoring programme.

We also support the adults and organisations working with young people through our AMBIT consultancy, strengthening the wider network around them.

Our vision is a strong AMBIT Youth community—AMBITious children and young people who grow into Aspirational, Motivated, Inspirational, Brave, and Thoughtful young adults.
