Through our AMBIT model, we strive to empower every young person to explore their passions within a comprehensive mentoring scheme. Our approach is holistic, focusing on active participation and tailored activities that contribute to the overall development of the community. We prioritize the needs and voices of young people by actively listening and engaging with them. While we make no guarantees, our team approaches every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude.

For over a decade, we’ve created dynamic mentoring, educational, and recreational programmes that engage and empower young people across Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Wandsworth, Lambeth, and Lewisham, as well as through international collaborations in Bermuda.
We don’t just deliver services — we build relationships. Our programmes are designed to spark curiosity, strengthen resilience and create lasting impact through partnership, creativity and innovation.
