We are redefining youth work by using our values and a holistic approach to provide full-circle mentoring for our children and young people
Shaping a generation
OUR VALUES
Inclusivity, creativity and diversity are at the heart of our practice. Building authentic, sustainable and safe attachments between young people and safe adults is a key driver within our practice. Our core values are delivered by being open-minded, honest, patient and flexible.
We empower all young people to find their passions within a full-circle mentoring scheme of our AMBIT model, focused on participation through bespoke activities, relevant to overall community development. We put young people first by actively listening and delivering. We make no promises however we approach all we do with a can-do attitude. We know this approach works because youth work is actioned with young people, not to young people.

WHY WORK WITH US?
So, the big question...
We are two Aspirational, Motivated, Brave, Inspirational and Thoughtful Level 6 NYA qualified youth and community development practitioners, who believe young people with the right tools hold the power to enhance our communities.
Between us, we have over 10 years experience providing special educational needs support, behaviour mentoring and recreational work in Greater London and internationally. We also value the power of creating dialogue used to co-educate ourselves, professionals and young people we work alongside. As graduates of Goldsmiths College, we have gained additional awareness of the social needs of young people and youth culture by immersing ourselves in placements within Croydon, Lewisham and Wandsworth.
We wish to grow as an innovative youth organisation focused on solutions that develops youth work and delivers lasting social change.
We currently cover the following Local Authorities - Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Wandsworth, Lambeth and Lewisham. Our international work is delivered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
Could we make a difference at your educational or care setting?

How did I get here?
I always knew I wanted to work with children - I always thought I would be a teacher! I was not sure what my job would be but I knew I needed a change in my life, and working with children and young people in truly my passion. I have worked in mainstream schools, second-chance schools, and schools with children and young people with special needs, and I love my job.
I went back to university (AGAIN!) to study Applied Social Science, Community Development and Youth work. I achieved a First Class with Honours (see what happens when you put your mind to something!). The hustle is real and my journey has only just started...
MY AMBIT DECLARATION
I ASPIRE TO BE
an honest, grateful and goal-driven young woman
I AM MOTIVATED TO
work hard to grow a youth organisation and redefine holistic youth work practice
I CHOOSE TO BE BRAVE
and to never give up. I will challenge the things I struggle with, and go for anything I want even if I feel anxious
I AM INSPIRED BY
my mother - her energy, work ethic, journey in life and her kindness
MY CURRENT THOUGHTS
I have boxing training in a few hours
I need 8 hours sleep this evening!
Happy this weekend will be hot!
(Please note: We will attempt to update our current thoughts often, however, no promises will be made! LOL!)
How did I get here?
March 30, 2016, was the day I became a mother. I made a vow that if I had to spend any time away from my son, it would be to provide a better future for us. I did not want to be a parent who was unfulfilled and I am so passionate about being a part of change in the youth community.
To be a power asset to young people, I felt I needed to obtain vital information to make an impact. My next step was university to study Applied Social Science, Community Development and Youth work. I was struggling with my work and I found out I was dyslexic. I did not let that stop me - I have now graduated and now I am grinding non-stop to see the AMBIT vision come alive!
MY AMBIT DECLARATION
I ASPIRE TO BE
a great listener who in turn can be resourceful purposeful women
I AM MOTIVATED TO
